Low Fees just got lower

On August 18th, the Program converted all investments in the Vanguard Small-Cap Index fund from Admiral Shares to Institutional Shares. The underlying investments are the same in both share classes; only the fees are different. The conversion will lower the annual expense ratio from 0.13% to 0.08%. Lower fees mean more money is in your account working for your retirement!
