Important Tax Information

If you took a benefit or rollover payment from your deferred compensation account during 2006, you will be receiving a Form-1099R from the Program. These forms are scheduled to be printed and mailed around January 23rd. Please call the Service Center if you have not received your Form-1099R by February 5th.

If you plan to take a benefit or rollover payment from your account in 2007, you should be aware of your options. An Important Tax Notification is posted on the Program’s web site at www.ohio457.org. If you want to discuss this tax information, please call our Service Center.
