January and February were busy months for our Service Center. The Program mailed quarterly and annual statements, which prompted many participants to contact the Service Center about their account. We appreciate your patience during these busy times. If you wish to check your account balance, change your deferral amount, or adjust your investment allocation, you can avoid waiting on hold. Simply access your account on the web site or the automated telephone system, which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
