Change to Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund
On June 15th, the Program converted all investments in the Vanguard Total Bond Market Index fund from Admiral shares to Institutional shares. The underlying investments are the same in both share classes; only the fees are different. The conversion will lower the annual expense ratio from 0.11% to 0.07%. Lower fees means more money remains in your account for your retirement. The ticker symbol for the Institutional share class of this fund is VBTIX.
