$2 Fee Suspended for 2008
The Ohio Deferred Compensation Board voted to suspend the quarterly $2.00 fee for the year 2008. The Board is committed to maintaining the lowest fees possible while still providing the services that participants need. The Board also realizes that every dollar that stays invested in a participant’s account has a chance to grow tax deferred for the future benefit of the participant.
The $2 quarterly fee has been suspended since the fourth quarter of 2006. The Board is continually evaluating the Program fee with the firm belief that low fees play one of the more crucial roles in helping participants save the most for their retirement goals.
