All recordkeeping reimbursements go back into the Program to offset operating costs, which enables the Program to maintain very low quarterly administrative fees. In fact, the Program currently expects to collect enough recordkeeping fees this quarter to fully support operations, so the $2 quarterly fee will be suspended for the second quarter of 2007. The $2 quarterly fee was suspended for the prior two quarters for the same reason.

The Program believes that it is important that you understand the fees that you are paying, because every fee you pay reduces your retirement assets.
